How can I place an order online?

How will I know if my order was successfully placed?
Once your order is completed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout. If you do not receive this email, please check
your spam or junk folder. Still no luck? Just drop us a message at support@happy-hands.co.in and we’ll help you out.
Why isn't my promo code working?
Only one promo code can be applied per order. If your promo code isn’t working or if
you face any issues, get in touch with us at support@happy-hands.co.in
or via WhatsApp/call at +91 9726893969, and we’ll resolve it for you.
How do I order multiple bundles?
Currently, our system allows only one promo code per order. If you’d like to purchase multiple bundles with different offers, you may place separate orders or simply contact us at orders@happy-hands.co.in or via WhatsApp/call at +91 9726893969—we’ll be glad to help you place your order efficiently.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a wide range of secure payment options for your convenience, including all major debit cards, credit cards, digital wallets, and net banking. We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for an additional fee of ₹100.
Shipping & Delivery
When will my order be shipped, and how can I track it?
We strive to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of purchase. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and the name of the courier service handling your package. You can use this tracking number on the courier partner’s website to monitor your delivery.
Delivery timelines vary by location:
- Metro cities: 2–4 working days
- Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 4–6 working days
- Remote areas: 5–7 working days

Where does Happy Hands deliver?
We currently ship across all locations within India. For international deliveries,

Is shipping free?
Yes, standard shipping is free for all orders above ₹500. For orders below ₹500, a flat shipping fee of ₹50 will be applicable at checkout.
