Returns, Refunds & Replacements Policy – Happy Hands

At Happy Hands, we aim to deliver quality products and a hassle-free customer experience. Please read our return and refund policies carefully to understand the terms that apply once you make a purchase.

1. Return Policy

  • Return Window:
    Products may be returned within 7 days of placing the order (excluding bulk orders). Return requests made after this period will not be accepted.
  • Return Process:
    Once your return request is accepted, our courier partner will arrange for product collection. A refund will be initiated only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Return Eligibility:
    Returns are only accepted for products that are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria.

 2. Refund Policy

  • Order Cancellation Refunds:
    Refunds are issued only for successfully cancelled orders. If your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 days from the date of approval.
  • Refund Timeline:
    Once the return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email within 7 working days regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 30 days.
  • Refund Method:
    • Credit/Debit Card: Refunded to the same card used during purchase.
    • Digital Wallets/UPI (e.g., Razorpay, PhonePe): Refunded to the same account used at checkout.
  • Shipped Orders:
    If the item has already been shipped, refunds will only be processed after the physical product is received and verified by our team.

 3. Replacement Policy

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please raise a return request within 3 working days of delivery.
  • Our courier partner will collect the damaged item from your doorstep, and a replacement will be sent at no additional cost within 7–10 working days.

 4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeline:
